All areas of the hotel and restaurant are non-smoking. Please respect this regulation.

- Hang a "Do Not Disturb" card on the outside door of your room, which can be found by your front door.

Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 - 10:30.

Parking
The hotel offers parking in the hotel garage or in the hotel car park at an additional cost. Please contact reception for the specific amount of the surcharge.
- Parking is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 11:00 on the day of departure.
Arrival and departure
On the day of your arrival we guarantee a room ready for you from 15:00.
- On the day of your departure, please leave your room by 11:00 am so that we can prepare the room for the next guests.
- If you would like to check out later, please aks on the reception for available options.
Room Service
We are happy to bring breakfast to your room. The breakfast menu can be found at the front door.
- Please hang your breakfast order on the handle on the outside of your room door before 5am.
- We cannot guarantee breakfast delivery if you order later.
Should you wish to bring lunch, dinner or drinks to your room, we will be happy to prepare and deliver them. Room service is available according to the restaurant opening hours and the menu you received on arrival.
- Breakfast delivery and room service are available for a fee. We will tell you the price at the reception, where you can also order room service.
Laundry and ironing service
If you wish to wash or iron your clothes, we will be happy to take care of it.
- You will find a form in your wardrobe with full instructions and prices for this service.

Safe
Each room is equipped with its own safe.
You can lock the safe as follows:
- Close the door and hold.
- Enter your personal code (3-6 digits) and press the "Lock" button.
- The display will show "CLOSED" and the door will automatically lock.
You can correct the incorrect code entry by pressing "Clear".
Open the safe as follows:
- Enter your personal code, the door will open automatically and "OPENED" will appear on the display.
If you enter the wrong code:
- "ERROR" will appear on the display. If you enter the wrong code 4 times in a row
- the safe will go into security mode for 3 minutes (i.e. it will be locked).
- In security mode, after pressing any key, the message "HOLD 03" , "HOLD 02" or "HOLD 01" will appear. The number in the inscription indicates how many minutes the safe will be ready for further use.
If you forget or lose your password, please contact the hotel reception.
Room cleaning
We care about the environment. We leave it up to you whether you wish to change the towels in the rooms. If you wish to change the towels, please leave them on the floor.
- Room cleaning takes place between 9:00 and 17:00. If you do not wish to be disturbed, please hang a "Do Not Disturb" card on the outside door of your room.
